Very Thorough Service
Matt from Comfort Masters came to my house yesterday to service our two HVAC units. I was very pleased with the quality and thoroughness of his service. He even went above and beyond by cleaning the coils on the air conditioner unit. Normally, HVAC techs charge for this, but he included it in the service. I was genuinely pleased with the experience.

Best Customer Service Ever
New unit stopped working on a Saturday, I called the salesperson who sold me the unit and he returned my call from his vacation!!! The office called me and set up repair for the next morning (Sunday) and it was repaired by the nicest service man I’ve ever met, within 24 hours of reporting the issue.

Great service, honest & informative!
The great service began when I left a message after hours and the office gal returned my call the very next day. She was very helpful and informative about how they would proceed with sending someone out and getting them scheduled. She said they would call 30 min before they arrive and she called as soon as she knew the tech was on his was which was an hour Jmo it and made things very easy. Our technician, Matthew, was very personable, informative and honest with our situation. We have an older AC unit, inside & outside. He explained what he was going to test and showed us the results of his findings along the way. He was very relatable and easy to understand in his explanation. I’m grateful that I called Comfort Masters and would recommend them for anyone needing either a repair or replacement for their AC.

Matt came out to do a follow up inspection for our new unit and I had some concerns but he was able to answer my questions a d ease my mind. We worked with Matt prior to the new unit and he has always been professional and very knowledgeable about the industry. He’s always been great to work with.
