We contacted Comfort Masters to fix our AC right before we were scheduled to close with buyers on our house. James was prompt, professional, knowledgeable & went above & beyond to get it taken care of in a timely manner. Luckily the AC compressor was still under warranty, and he took it upon himself to follow through with the company to make sure they honored the warranty. It saved us a lot of time, money, & headache as we no longer had the purchase receipt from 9.5 years ago. We would highly recommend Comfort Masters for all your HVAC needs.

James Wheeler initially fixed the AC because the start capacitor was out. But after an hour, the fan gave out too. He went ahead and voided the invoice because he said that his objective was to get me a working ac that day. He coordinated with me and took my texts even at night to find me an OEM fan motor. In the morning he told me that he found it. Due to schedule, he was not able to install the motor the next day. But his boss came and did it. Thank you for the great service and for getting us in the schedule with in a couple of hours after we confirmed the next day!
