I was in desperate need of AC help, fighting problems all week with another company that showed up twice, wouldn’t return my calls and I still had problems. Really liked the technician. Give him a raise.
Came out for prepaid ac maintenance on clients 2 1yr old Trane systems, upon arrival performed maintenances by checking motors, capacitors, wiring, electrical connections, delta T, filters, amperages, voltages, refrigerant charges, washed out both condensers, etc., etc.. systems are operating well within manufacturer spec at this time, and everything looks great.
Came out to perform heat maintenance on client 2 Trane furnaces, upon arrival performed heat maintenance by checking motors, wiring, electrical connections, voltages, amperages, check ductwork for leaks, capacitors, temperature rises, etc., etc.. found that systems are operating well, but the downstairs system has a lot of air leakage at start collars. Client was close so I brought him in and showed him. Also noticed that client does not have any air sanitization, informed clients on products that we offer on air sanitization. Sealed up duct work at plenum, added Reme halo to supply side plenum, filled out warranty registration card for client.
Came out to replace uv air purification bulbs on both of clients systems, replaced both bulbs and then tested to ensure proper operation, both are operating according to manufacturer spec. Also check filters in systems for client while in the attic, both look good.

Came out today for Quality Check/ Heat Maintenance on clients 2 brand new Trane systems, upon arrival perform QCs by thoroughly checking thru install, checking wiring and setting of equipment, making sure install is nice and clean, making sure that the duct work is hung properly. Performed fall maintenance by making sure that everything heat looks good and is working properly. Install looks GREAT, and systems are operating GREAT as well.
Came out for a funny smell when client tried to turn in the heat mode, upon arrival started up furnace in the heat mode and was not able to get smell to return, however while checking over system found that clients existing flu/vent pipe was rusted and falling apart. With client approval returned with new flu/vent pipe and replaced it (due to the dangers of carbon monoxide) now furnace is venting properly and safely.
Compressor is shorted on 20 year old Trane split system
System was not operational upon arrival. Started system that had been turned off since last night. Unit immediately started to freeze up.we t in attic to inspect blower found a bad 40 mfd fan capacitor. Installed new capacitor, performed amp draws on blower, and closed up furnace. Went back to outdoor unit, restored power and continued diagnosis. The head pressure on system was extremely high so I inspected out door coil and found it to be restricted. I washed both the upstairs and downstairs outdoor units. The head pressure went back to normal manufacture operating specifications. System is cooling as intended. Repair could have been avoided with routine maintenance.
