Came out to perform a heat maintenance on clients 9Yr old carrier system, performed heat maintenance by checking motors, capacitors, amperages, voltages, wiring, electrical connections, duct work for proper sizing and making sure they are sealed, also checking heat rise, etc. etc. replaced client provided 20x25x1 filter. Performed carbon monoxide test throughout home to ensure that the CO is vent properly. System is operating per manufacturer spec.
Was called to do preventative heat maintenance on Trane 2018 system. Upon diagnosis we found that system was working to manufacturer spec. We also noticed that customer had a dryer vent separating at the collar, we repaired and resealed for customer.
