We were very excited and pleased with the service we received. Our salesman, Don Boland was very personable and professional. He explained all our options and the financing. He gave us a date and time for our install and they called to confirm the time. Our installers, John, Eric and Camron were on time and began working right away. They were very tidy and neat, no trash was left behind. These three explained what they were doing and how long it should take. They vacuumed my hallway where they installed a new vent. Even though it took longer than expected, they continued until the job was done. Very polite gentlemen, and very professional. Our tech, Kyle, was very professional & personable. He explained how everything looked and assured us our new unit was doing great. Over all these are some of the best we have ever dealt with, including Tress at the office, she worked with me getting all our times coordinated. She was so nice and accommodating.

02-15-21, worked on an Amana system, Single stage heating to stage compressor. Verified the Frosty’s working properly. Went to the app and adjusted settings for the compressor lockout to shut off at 0° instead of 15°. This will allow the compressor and heat strips to function at the same time. Thank you

Set up electric heat on Amana heat pump and repaired wire on 2nd system
02-01-21, Performed pre-paid, fall maintenance on one Trane variable speed heat pump system. Tried to assist the tenant with registering the thermostat so they can control it on their mobile device. Was unsuccessful but assisted in leaving an email with Nexia. Reversing valve and defrost board working according to manual test. Verified heat kit is functioning properly along with variable speed blower motor. Condenser is also functioning normal along with new dual capacitor and condenser fan motor and compressor. No further action is required. Replaced 20 x 25 x 4” filter. No further action is required. Replaced 20 x 25 x 4” filter. Returned thermostat back to normal temperature. Thank you

Today I performed a quality check to verify system is functioning properly in heating, emergency heat, and cooling. System is functioning per manufacture specs. Our install crew did an amazing job on the install and cleaned up area to make sure attic is nice and clean. Returned system back to normal use. Thank you

Made adjustments to the thermostat to add the auto function and repaired the indoor surge protector. Verified the rest of the system is functioning properly. Return system back to normal use. Installing a new 3.5-Ton coil and Heat pump
Installed air scrubber. Preformed 3 system maintenance. Changed dual run capacitor.
Came out to perform quality check on clients 2 brand new systems, performed quality check by checking motors, voltages, amperages, wiring, over seal of system and duct work, drain lines, float switches, level of systems, surge protectors, air scrubbers, settings, staging, refrigerant charge, emergency drain pans, etc., etc.. found systems to be operating per manufacturer specifications.
Came out due to ac is not cooling, upon arrival performed service checklist by checking motors, voltages, amperages, filter, drain line, delta t, pan switch, duct work, capacitors, contactors, refrigerant charge, etc. etc.. while performing maintenance found that filter was dirty, found system to below of 410a refrigerant operating at 42° superheat and 2.5° of sub cooling. When ahead and perform leak search and was able to find leak in evaporator coil. (See video in history) let client know that system should be under warranty due to the fact that it is only a three year old system and it should carry at least a five year parts warranty. Spoke with client about options to replace warranty evaporator coil and client has chosen to just add refrigerant at this time. Added 3 lbs of 410a refrigerant, also I had to pull filter because even at 10° of sub cooling evaporator coal was at 30°. Once I pulled filter were operating at 20° of superheat and 10° of sub cooling with a evaporator coil s
