Let me start off that big tickets items always leave me uneasy. However, the people...all the people at Comfort Masters are good people and a pleasure to do business with. From the initial meeting to go over my needs and sizing the right unit, to the installers to the inspector that came out to review the work was down well, all are people I would recommend to anyone needing HVAC work done. And let’s not forget Tricia the service manager that is responsible for communicating and coordinating all the work. Communication and setting expectations are huge to me and this is just another area Comfort Masters shines.I’ve tried the big name companies and they always run me the wrong way...they act like I’m a number and not a customer.Comfort Masters treats you how all companies should and they have a customer for life.

We were very excited and pleased with the service we received. Our salesman, Don Boland was very personable and professional. He explained all our options and the financing. He gave us a date and time for our install and they called to confirm the time. Our installers, John, Eric and Camron were on time and began working right away. They were very tidy and neat, no trash was left behind. These three explained what they were doing and how long it should take. They vacuumed my hallway where they installed a new vent. Even though it took longer than expected, they continued until the job was done. Very polite gentlemen, and very professional. Our tech, Kyle, was very professional & personable. He explained how everything looked and assured us our new unit was doing great. Over all these are some of the best we have ever dealt with, including Tress at the office, she worked with me getting all our times coordinated. She was so nice and accommodating.

Installed air scrubber. Preformed 3 system maintenance. Changed dual run capacitor.
Came out to perform quality check on clients 2 brand new systems, performed quality check by checking motors, voltages, amperages, wiring, over seal of system and duct work, drain lines, float switches, level of systems, surge protectors, air scrubbers, settings, staging, refrigerant charge, emergency drain pans, etc., etc.. found systems to be operating per manufacturer specifications.
Came out due to ac is not cooling, upon arrival performed service checklist by checking motors, voltages, amperages, filter, drain line, delta t, pan switch, duct work, capacitors, contactors, refrigerant charge, etc. etc.. while performing maintenance found that filter was dirty, found system to below of 410a refrigerant operating at 42° superheat and 2.5° of sub cooling. When ahead and perform leak search and was able to find leak in evaporator coil. (See video in history) let client know that system should be under warranty due to the fact that it is only a three year old system and it should carry at least a five year parts warranty. Spoke with client about options to replace warranty evaporator coil and client has chosen to just add refrigerant at this time. Added 3 lbs of 410a refrigerant, also I had to pull filter because even at 10° of sub cooling evaporator coal was at 30°. Once I pulled filter were operating at 20° of superheat and 10° of sub cooling with a evaporator coil s
Warranty/ system just installed 3 months ago and will not come on, upon arrival checked outdoor unit for any codes and it was not showing any codes, upon arrival to the indoor unit checked float switch and found that it had been triggered due to a clogged drain line. I was able to adjust airflow from front to left side rooms in front right side room, laundry room, slight adjustment to the living room which pushed more air to the master bedroom that was with the issue. Also found system 1 pound low on Freon. Achieved 19° temperature split across the coil with 20° superheat with 10.9° sub cool. The rest of the system is functioning normal. Thank you

Drain lines are clear. Washed outdoor coil. System is ready For summer. Thank you
6-09-2020, performed a one time spring maintenance on the right side unit. Found blower capacitor reading 7.57 µF of 10 µF. Recommend replacing. Found outdoor 40/5 µF capacitor for the compressor has failed reading 0 µF. Recommend replacing. Found system low on Freon. r22 Freon. Recommend adding Freon. Primary evaporator cool drain pan is metal and has rusted through the cabinet causing water to accumulate on the emergency pan also the primary drain has been cut with a hacksaw. Recommend replacing. Emergency drain pan oxidizing and dripping onto floor of attic. Homeowner says they have home warranty and do not want to add Freon but approved replacing both capacitors. We also will have home warranty address the Evaporator coil and emergency pan. System does have a 20° temperature split across the coil. No further action is required. Thank you
